Spectrex at OTC 2011

The SharpEye and SafEye lines of flame and gas detectors are on display at the OTC 2011 event that is taking place in Houston from May 2–5.

The exhibits are gaining a lot of interest from the many visitors that are looking for the latest developments in safety for offshore installations.

The SharpEye line of Flame Detectors include IR3, combined UV/IR, single UV types, single IR type as well as the latest Multi IR Detector which provides combined hydrocarbon and hydrogen flame detection. The product lines 20/20 and 40/40 portray the many types of detectors available for the oil and gas industry.

The SafEye line of Open Path Gas Detectors features various models (SafEye 700, 400, 300, 200) designed for HVAC ducts, turbine enclosures and ducts in production areas, pipelines and pumps areas, and other process areas in the oil and gas industries.

The Offshore Technology Conference is the world’s foremost event for the development of offshore resources in the fields of drilling, exploration, production, and environmental protection. OTC is held annually at Reliant Center in Houston.
