The NESTE Oil Bio ethanol plant, constructed in the Port of Rotterdam, is equipped with a  total of 55 Sharpeye 40/40-I-S optical flame detectors and 8 SharpEye 40/40-M optical flame detectors.

Oldham has installed Sharpeye 20/20M optical flame detectors at Ecosite waste storage center overlooking the wate dump areas for occurence of unwanted fires.
