The new SafEye Quasar 900 Series, with a range of models offering detection path lengths up to 660 ft (200m), has been fully certified for use in Ex Zone 1 areas to ATEX, IECEx, FM and FMC standards. 

We have recently enhanced our existing EN54-10 performance approvals by having our 40/40 Series flame detectors tested and approved by VdS, Germany.

The SharpEye models 40/40I IR3 and 40/40 UV-IR Flame Detectors have now been EC ‘type’ approved by DNV to the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) and will bear the ‘Wheelmark’ symbol.

Optical Flame Detectors in the SharpEye 40/40 Series has recently been approved by the Australian CSIRO ActivFire Scheme.

The Directorate General of Mines Safety (DGMS), India has given their approval  for the SharpEye 40/40 Series.
